William Sadler To Reprise Role As Death In Bill & Ted: Face The Music

Death isn’t so dead after all! William Sadler is reprising his role as Death from Bill & Ted’s Bogus Journey in the upcoming sequel, Bill & Ted: Face the Music.

The new movie, written by original creators Chris Matheson and Ed Solomon, has Dean Parisot in the director’s seat. Per the synopsis, “Following 1989’s Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure and 1991’s Bogus Journey, the stakes are higher than ever for Bill and Ted. Yet to fulfill their rock and roll destiny, the now middle-aged best friends set out on a new adventure, when a visitor from the future warns them that only their song can save life as we know it and bring harmony to the universe. Along the way, they will be helped by their families, old friends, and a few music legends.”

The news of Sadler returning was announced on the film’s official Twitter page. Production begins this summer on the highly anticipated follow-up.
