The Flash Inches Up On Tuesday Night For The CW

Not only did The Flash tick up for The CW on Tuesday night, but it was one of the only network series to see an increase in the demo week to week for the night.

On The CW, The Flash raised from its previous 0.6 to a 0.7 demo rating and 1.76 million viewers, while Black Lightning maintained a 0.3 demo score and 999,000 viewers.

On NBC, without This Is Us Or New Amsterdam airing on Tuesday, the network still won the night but was noticeably down from a week ago. The Voice kicked things off with a 1.4 rating in adults 18-49 and 8.84 million viewers, a tenth less than what it had scored last Tuesday. It was followed by a 2-hour Saturday Night Live Christmas special, which posted a 1.0 with 4.10 million viewers, down two-tenths from last year’s SNL special.

On CBS, NCIS (1.2, 11.84 million viewers) & FBI (1.0, 9.63 million viewers) returned steady with their previous episodes while NCIS: New Orleans (0.9, 8.25 million viewers) was up a tenth week to week.

On ABC, the night was pretty much down with The Conners (1.3, 6.63 million viewers), The Kids Are Alright (0.8, 4.33 million viewers), Black-ish (0.8, 3.54 million viewers), Splitting Up Together (0.6, 2.79 million viewers), and The Rookie (0.7, 4.17 million viewers) each falling a tenth.

On FOX, The Gifted (0.7, 2.06 million viewers) and Lethal Weapon (0.7, 2.86 million viewers) both held steady week-to-week.
