Superman’s mustache will be digitally removed as Justice League faces more reshoots

Despite a new trailer debuting this past weekend at San Deigo Comic Con, Justice League has spent the last few weeks filming reshoots under the guidance of Joss Whedon.

It seems as their is story issues coming out of Whedon’s camp. First reported by Variety, there are some struggles that have taken place during  months-long reshoot process as Whedon is said to be working on “connective tissue” to link Snyder’s already filmed set pieces, and scheduling for actors like Ezra Miller and Henry Cavill has become increasingly problematic as reshoots continue to extend.

Along with connectivity issues with the film, there is a bit of news that some may seem as  ridiculous, and that is  Henry Cavill’s mustache as he is currently shooting the upcoming sixth Mission: Impossible movie.  Paramount has contractually blocked him from shaving it off. Instead, Warner Bros. will digitally remove the offending ’stache in post-production for Justice League, in what will only increase the already sky rocketed budget thanks to the reshoots.
