Netflix has heard the fan outcry and has officially announced that One Day at a Time has been renewed for season three. The next round of 13 all-new episodes of the rebooted Norman Lear comedy will return in 2019.
The news comes two months to the day after Netflix released season two of One Day at a Time. Netflix doesn’t release rating info but the comedy has an impressive 98 percent rating on Rotten Tomatoes and an 89 percent score among viewers.
Stars Justina Machado, Rita Moreno, Todd Grinnell, Stephen Toblowsky, Isabella Gomez and Marcel Ruiz will all return for the third season and I’m sure this news will have the fans rejoicing.
