It’s a big day over at Marvel Studios. The superhero juggernaut has released a new poster for Captain Marvel ahead of the second trailer premiere which is expected to hit tonight during Monday Night Football.
Captain Marvel brings us back in time to the 1990s before all of the events we have seen in the MCU. The movie is an all-new adventure that follows the journey of Carol Danvers (Brie Larson) as she becomes one of the universe’s most powerful heroes. While a galactic war between two alien races reaches Earth, Danvers finds herself and a small cadre of allies at the center of the maelstrom.
Check out the poster below that features the character in all her glory and look out for the new trailer premiere on ESPN’s Monday Night Football during halftime of the NFL game between the Washington Redskins and Philadelphia Eagles at Lincoln Financial Field. The game starts at 5:15 pm PT/8:15 pm ET.
