With little over one week before the premiere of the second season of Stranger Things, Netflix has released the final trailer to the popular original series. The trailer provides, while not giving much away, is able to provide a few more clues as to what’s in store for the residents of Hawkins, Indiana. The first season of Stranger Things ended with Will Byers returning from the Upside Down, reunited with his family.
While details about the second season have been scarce, multiple members of the cast and the show’s creators, Matt and Ross Duffer, have said it will be scarier than the first. The season will lean more heavily into the supernatural monsters that haunt Hawkins, instead of relying on the heavier science fiction themes prevalent throughout the first.
