Avengers: Infinity War Repeats At Number One For Second Biggest Second Weekend Of All-Time

Avengers: Infinity War continued its record pace at the box office with the second largest second weekend of all-time. The film grossed an estimated $112.4 million to finish first for the second weekend in a row. The film’s domestic gross stands at $450.8 million after just ten days in release, pacing behind only Star Wars: The Force Awakens which reached that mark in just nine days. Internationally, the film grossed another $162.6 million from 54 overseas markets and brings its worldwide gross to $1.16 billion, becoming the fastest to that global milestone on Saturday.

In second is Overboard with an estimated $14.7 million. The film exceeded box office tracking a bit and posted an “A-” CinemaScore which bodes well for decent word of mouth.

Dropping to third is A Quiet Place with an estimated $7.6 million. The horror title continues an impressive run at the box office & brings its domestic total to just shy of $160 million.

Coming in fourth is I Feel Pretty with an estimated $4.9 million. The film is doing ok business and has grossed $37.8 million to date.

Rounding out the top five is Rampage with an estimated $4.6 million. The film has grossed just shy of $85 million in the states but is doing great business worldwide with a gross of $377.9 million.
