Annabelle Comes Home (Official Trailer)

The latest trailer for Annabelle Comes Home has dropped and it introduces even more terrifying spirits into The Conjuring universe.

The hooded figure in the trailer has coins over his eyes and is known as the Ferryman. The figure is seemingly inspired by the mythical Charon, who in Greek mythology ferried the souls of the deceased across the river Styx to the land of the dead.

In Gary Dauberman’s sequel, the Warrens (Vera Farmiga and Patrick Wilson) place the malevolent doll Annabelle in their room of haunted artifacts, but she is unleashed thanks to Kate Sarife’s Daniela, a friend of Judy Warren’s (McKenna Grace) babysitter (Madison Iseman), who recently lost her father.

Annabelle Comes Home hits screens on June 26
