We are a few months away from the release of the anticipated cut of Zack Snyder’s Justice League. In the summer of 2020, it was announced that the cut would be release on HBO Max as a 4 part miniseries. As HBO Max shifts their calendar to release Warner Bros. 2021 release slate, Snyder’s DC team-up film may be heading for a change in format.
Zack Snyder has implied that his version of Justice League will be released as a four-hour movie instead of the four-part miniseries. During an exchange between Snyder and a fan, which occurred during a Q&A session on Snyder’s Vero account, the director appeared to confirm that his Justice League cut would be released as a “one-shot” movie when it premieres on HBO Max in March, as opposed to the limited multi-part series that was announced at DC FanDome last summer.
When asked, Snyder stated Justice League will be released at one shot.
Warner Bros. has yet to comment on Snyder’s one shot common on Twitter.
