Woody Harrelson In Talks To Join Venom

Woody Harrelson may be joining the world of Marvel in the upcoming future. Harrelson is in talks for an undisclosed role in the upcoming film, Venom. Tom Hardy is set to star as the popular Marvel Comics antihero. The film has already casted Riz Ahmed, Michelle Williams and Jenny Slate.

Harrelson signing on for the film would also mean a reunion with director Ruben Fleischer, who also directed Harrelson in the  2009 zombie comedy Zombieland. Filming for Venom began back in October and rumors of Harrelson’s involvement have been on-and-off since then. Sony has yet to comment on the rumors.

Venom will release October 5th, 2018.
