WGA Nominations: Two Women Make History

On the same day, BAFTA shocked the Oscar pundits across all platforms, the DGA nominations have arrived and they come with historic significance. Emerald Fennell and Chloé Zhao became the ninth and tenth women ever to be nominated by the Directors Guild of America, with Zhao becoming the first women of color to be nominated. I personally think this could very well be our Oscar 5 on nomination morning and if so, will be one of the best lineups in quite some time.
