Universal Pictures will produce a live-action Curious George film. Based on the beloved children’s book series written by Margret & H.A. Rey, Andrew Adamson (Shrek, Shrek 2) is in talks to direct and co-write the film. Brian Grazer and Ron Howard are onboard to produce the film for Imagine Entertainment. Curious George came alive on the big screen as an animated feature in 2006 and was an Emmy-winning animated series on PBS.
