Be prepared to check into Bates Motel a bit sooner this year. The series will begin airing its fifth and final season on February 20 at 10 p.m. ET.
The show usually premieres around March each year so this gives it a bit of an earlier start on what is to be its last season. The creators have always planned a five-season arc for their take on Psycho lore which tells the story of a young Norman Bates and his gradual psychological breakdown that turns him into the man that we met in the Alfred Hitchcock classic.
Sad to see this one go but looking forward to one hell of a final season.
