Big change is coming in a galaxy far, far away. Toby Haynes will replace Tony Gilroy as the director of the Cassian Andor series for Disney+.
As first reported by Deadline, Tony Gilroy is stepping down from the director’s chair for the Rogue One prequel focused on Cassian Andor and Toby Kyle will helm the first three episodes. Gilroy stepped down due to COVID-19 related travel issues but will remain on board as showrunner and executive producer for the series.
