Amy Adams is channeling her inner Rear Window in the first trailer for The Woman in the Window, a new thriller directed by Joe Wright.
In the film, an agoraphobic child psychologist befriends a neighbor across the street from her New York City brownstone, only to see her own life turn upside down when the woman disappears and she suspects foul play. The film features a screenplay by Tracy Letts and it’s based on the best-selling novel of the same name.
Amy Adams is joined in the suspense thriller by Gary Oldman, Anthony Mackie, Wyatt Russell, Brian Tyree Henry, Jennifer Jason Leigh, and Julianne Moore.
The Woman in the Window hits screens on May 15, 2020.
