The Society Renewed For Season 2 At Netflix

Netflix is sticking behind its YA drama series The Society. The streamer has announced that the show will return for a second season.

The Society follows a group of teenagers who are mysteriously transported to a facsimile of their wealthy New England town without any trace of their parents. Their newfound freedom will be fun… but it will also be very dangerous. As they struggle to figure out what has happened to them and how to get home, they must establish order and form alliances if they want to survive. The series stars Kathryn Newton,  Sean Berdy, Natasha Liu Bordizzo, Jacques Colimon, Olivia DeJonge, Gideon Adlon, Alex Fitzalan, and Grace Victoria Cox.

The Society will start production on season 2 later this year and it will premiere sometime in 2020. Check out the Netflix video of the cast talking about the renewal below:
