The Goldbergs & Modern Family Rise For Halloween Episodes On Wednesday Night

The Goldbergs and Modern Family saw their ratings’  improve on Wednesday night due to a pair of Halloween episodes that actually helped improve the majority of the ABC lineup.

On ABC, The Goldbergs kicked off the night by ticking up two-tenths from its previous 1.1 to a 1.3 rating in adults 18-49 and 4.98 million viewers. Modern Family (1.5, 5.22 million viewers) and Single Parents (1.1, 3.79 million viewers) were up two-tenths week-to-week as well, while American Housewife (1.1, 4.35 million viewers) ticked up one-tenth and A Million Little Things held onto its 0.8 demo rating and 3.51 million viewers.

On The CW, the network also experienced some positive upticks throughout the night, with Riverdale (0.5, 1.43 million viewers) and All American (0.3, 790,000 viewers) both coming in up a tenth from what they had scored a week ago.

On NBC, Chicago Med (1.3, 7.75 million viewers) and Chicago P.D. (1.2, 6.65 million viewers) each ticked back up a tenth, while Chicago Fire (1.3, 7.65 million viewers) held steady.

On CBS, it was a steady night across the board as Survivor (1.4, 7.35 million viewers), SEAL Team (0.8, 5.42 million viewers), and Criminal Minds (0.7, 4.27 million viewers) all matched their last episodes.
