Stan Lee’s The Reflection Gets A Premiere Date

The date for the upcoming release of The Reflection, a series executive produced by Stan Lee, has been set. Variety is reporting that the twelve-episode anime superhero series will debut on July 22nd on the Japanese public broadcaster NHK. For those outside of Japan, The Reflection will be simultaneously streamed worldwide via CrunchyRoll.

Along with the release date of the series, it also has a new description as well, revealing that it

“follows the fight between superhero Xon and villain I-Guy, who are among those found to have gained special powers following a global disaster called the Reflection.”

Stan Lee has been credited with the original work for the series and while being best known for his iconic work with Marvel Comics, he has had quite a hand in The Reflection and went as far as to narrate the series’ most recent trailer.
