Scorpion Canceled At CBS

The team of geniuses is closing up shop. CBS has canceled Scorpion after four seasons.

After a high-flying start as a breakout hit when it first launched in the Monday 9 PM slot, Scorpion found itself heavily on the bubble for return for the second year in a row. It has struggled in the Monday 10 PM time period, and is one of the least watched CBS scripted series currently on the air in Live+same day.

Scorpion centered on eccentric genius Walter O’Brien (Elyes Gabel) and his team of brilliant misfits who are the last line of defense against complex, high-tech threats of the modern age. The show also starred Robert Patrick, Katharine McPhee, Eddie Kaye Thomas, Jadyn Wong, Ari Stidham and Riley B. Smith.
