Samuel L. Jackson Not Happy With Posters For Spider-Man: Far From Home

It should be a rule to not piss off Samuel L. Jackson because he looks like someone you don’t want to mess with but the marketing people at Sony better watch out because Jackson isn’t happy with the recent run of Spider-Man: Far From Home posters that get a key part of his character very wrong.

The problem is that Jackson, who has played Nick Fury in the MCU since 2008’s Iron Man, has pointed out that Fury’s trademark eyepatch is supposed to be on the left and the posters have switched it.

“The Actual F— IS GOING ON HERE???!!! #headsgonroll #lefteyemuthafukkah,” is how Jackson expressed his displeasure on Instagram. The message was accompanied by a photograph showing two side-by-side promo posters that show the error:

Now, some fans have commented on his post and thought maybe Sony was being smart and that the differences in the images represent the hinted at multiverse in the film while others think it’s just mirrored and Jackson should calm down just a bit. If anything, it’s just hilarious to read the post in his voice.

Spider-Man: Far From Home opens on July 2.
