Ryan Murphy Unveils Key Art From AHS Season Ten

News about season ten of American Horror Story has been pretty quiet since it was announced some time ago that the season would be delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic but Ryan Murphy teased fans on Tuesday night with some brand new key art from the upcoming season that could hint that some news may be incoming about the latest season.

Ryan Murphy took to his Instagram page to reveal a creepy shot of a mouth agape and full of razor-sharp teeth, with a tattoo pen seeming to have etched “AHS10” onto the tongue. The art is reminiscent of past images of the show in its style and since Murphy is the king of teasing his projects, this is all he left us with. No caption and no hint about what this image could mean for the tenth season. You can check out Ryan Murphy’s Instagram post below:

Season ten of American Horror Story was to begin filming in October with a 2021 premiere date in sight due to the COVID-19 delay. The anthology series typically premieres around late September so this is a much later start, which is understanding considering the circumstances. Back in May, Murphy hinted at a possible location for the upcoming season by sharing a serene image of a beach or lakefront with a caption that read “American Horror Story. Clue.” It’s unclear if this location hint has changed since May due to the COVID-19 delay but that image, along with this new one, should lead to some fan speculation on social media.
