Riverdale moved up to the big boy leagues by migrating from Ballroom 20 to Hall H during the final day of San Diego Comic-Con yesterday and they brought with them the official trailer for its third season which promises more mystery and intrigue.

The Season 2 finale saw Archie being framed for a murder he didn’t commit, “Season 3 starts off with Archie on trial,” according to star KJ Apa, who was on hand with the rest of the cast and producers to give fans a sneak peek of the new season at Comic-Con on Sunday in the prestigious Hall H. “I guess we’ll see if he’s gonna go away or not.”

We still have a while to wait but hopefully, this look ahead will please the fans. Season 3 of Riverdale premieres on Wednesday, October 10 on The CW.
