To the surprise of no one, Cobra Kai’s third season is an absolute hit for Netflix. Netflix has revealed that the Karate Kid sequel series is one of their top returning shows. According to the streamer, via a report from Deadline, Cobra Kai has had 41 million households watching season 3 of the show in its first 28 days. Season 3 is the first to exclusively premiere on Netflix, after its initial two-season launch on YouTube, and has been one of the Netflix top 10 since its debut.
Along with that, Season 3 has also reached No.1 in 28 countries including the U.S., U.K., Argentina, Greece, and Sri Lanka. Netflix also discloses that, across all three seasons, 73 million households have watched an episode. The show currently holds a 95% fresh rating on Rotten Tomatoes and with the recent news that there is a 6 season plan for the show, the strong viewership numbers should cement the show being able to complete its story.
