Ben Affleck’s Solo Batman film May Take Place in Arkham Asylum

While Batman v Superman was poorly received by critics and some fans, the consensus was that Ben Affleck stole the show portraying the caped crusader. I, for one was not only happy with his turn as Batman, but knowing what he could do as a director, was highly anticipating what Affleck can do with the iconic character behind the screen as writer/director.

There are now rumors that the plot of the solo Batman film will have Batman locked up in Arkham Asylum. While not a rehash of the Batman: Arkham Asylum video game franchise or the graphic novel of the same name by Grant Morrison, aspects of the concept may be used, which would coincide with earlier rumors that there may be various villains in the film.
