Michael B. Jordan is looking to kickstart another franchise!
The actor set to star in a reimagining of The Thomas Crown Affair and now the project has found a writer. Wes Tooke has been enlisted by MGM to write the script for the upcoming film.
The upcoming film will be the third time that the The Thomas Crown Affair has been tackled. The first in 1968 and starred Steve McQueen and Faye Dunaway, and a remake was released in 1999 starring Pierce Brosnan and Rene Russo.
Tooke served as a writer/executive producer on USA Network’s drama Colony and followed that up with Roland Emmerich’s WWII film Midway.
