FX’s Mayans M.C. rolled into the final day of San Diego Comic-Con and brought with them a sneak peek at their second season.
The Mayans M.C. story started on Sons of Anarchy (2008-2014) and then picked up last year with the premiere of Mayans, which introduced Ezekiel “EZ” Reyes (JD Pardo), a club prospect in a Latino biker gang based in the border town of Santo Padre.
Not only was Sunday’s Hall H crowd given a trailer sneak peek but they also got to screen the first 20 minutes of the season 2 premiere. The episode picks up more than six months after the events depicted in the Season 1 finale. After the footage aired, it was revealed that we will be seeing more Sons of Anarchy members to deepen the crossover connection between the two series.
Mayans M.C. premieres its second season on September 3 on FX.
