Legacies Starts Slow On The CW On Thursday

The CW premiered another new show this week and it started pretty slow for the network on Thursday night.

On The CW, Originals spin-off Legacies, which made its series premiere at 9 p.m., maintained its Supernatural lead-in’s 0.3 demo rating but lost some of its viewers with 1.20 million viewers. Supernatural clocked in at 1.36 million viewers.

On NBC, Superstore (0.9, 3.06 million viewers), The Good Place (0.8, 2.69 million viewers ), and Will & Grace (0.9, 3.25 million viewers) were all even with what they had scored a week ago. I Feel Bad (0.5, 2.14 million viewers) and Law & Order: SVU (0.9, 4.16 million viewers) each ticked down a tenth.

On CBS, The Big Bang Theory (2.2, 12.71 million viewers) inched up one-tenth week-to-week, while Young Sheldon held onto its previous 1.7 and 10.89 million viewers. Mom (1.2, 8.05 million viewers), however, was down a tenth, and despite holding strong in its first few weeks, Murphy Brown fell another tenth from a 0.9 to a 0.8 and 6.09 million viewers. S.W.A.T. rounded out the night for the network, steady with a 0.7 demo score and 5.34 million viewers.

On ABC, after taking a week off, Grey’s Anatomy (1.5, 6.51 million viewers) returned even with its last episode. Station 19 (0.9, 5.02 million viewers) followed it by ticking up a tenth, and How to Get Away with Murder maintained its previous 0.7 demo rating and 3.05 million viewers.
