Kristen Stewart’s Princess Diana Film Spencer Gets Release Date

One of this year’s biggest awards potential players has its release date! Spencer — the Venice and TIFF title that will see Kristen Stewart play Princess Diana — has gotten an awards-season release date. Neon and Topic Studios has scheduled the feature for November 5th.

The film is directed by Pablo Larraín (Jackie, Neruda) and written by Steven Knight (Locke, Peaky Blindersand Academy Award nominee for Dirty Pretty Things).The filmis produced by Juan de Dios Larraín (Jackie, A Fantastic Woman, Gloria)for FabulaFilms, Jonas Dornbachand Janine Jackowski (Toni Erdmann, A Fantastic Woman)for Komplizen Film and BAFTA award winner and Academy award nomineePaul Webster(Anna Karenina, Atonement)for Shoebox Films.
