Jimmy Kimmel’s Oscar Poster Teases Best Picture Mishap

After last nights 75th annual Golden Globe awards, ABC has released the art work for the upcoming Academy Awards. The poster shows host Jimmy Kimmel posing with the coveted golden statue.

In the poster, last years host is shown in various poses on what looks like a photo sheet motif. A written note reading, “What could possibly go wrong?” is also on the sheet. This looks like it is taking a shot at last years best picture flub, in which La La Land was mistakenly announced as the winner over the actual winner, Moonlight. The 90th annual Oscars will air on Sunday, March 4 from the Dolby Theatre at Hollywood & Highland Center at 8 p.m. EST/5 p.m. PST on ABC.
