Since the release of Justice League last November, DC and Warner Bros. has been quiet when it comes to their upcoming slate for 2018. This has lead to fans taking to Twitter to question director James Wan and Warner Bros. as to the status of the trailer. This past weekend, James Wan set the record straight on the upcoming blockbuster’s trailer, stating that It won’t be dropping anytime soon soon.

Wan continued in a tweet that was unthreaded,
“I am simply not ready yet to share,” Wan continued in his next (unthreaded) tweet. “This movie is filled to the gills with VFX, and the process is as slow and laborious as a sea-slug! Yes, even shots for the trailers take forever to do, and I refuse to put out anything that might be construed as subpar.”
