James Franco Confirms Alien: Covenant Role

In the latest episode of Hey U Guys!, James Franco and Bryan Cranston were discussing their new comedy film, Why Him, when the interviewer asked a question about the upcoming Alien: Covenant.

When asked what it’s like to be part of such an iconic film series, Franco responded with:

“The news is out? I don’t know if he’s trying to trick me into talking about it…”

Franco then continued to talk about the franchise and how it has meant a lot to him growing up, but he can’t talk a lot about it yet. According to the report, Franco will play Branson in Alien: Covenant, a captain of the ship that gives the new film its name.
