Helen Mirren Says “F— Netflix” at CinemaCon

The streaming giant, Netflix has been a huge point of discussion at this years CinemaCon. With that being said, Academy Award winner, Helen Mirren took a stance in the Netflix debate on Tuesday as she gave an outspoken tribute to movie theaters at the CinemaCon presentation for her upcoming film The Good Liar on Tuesday. Mirren stated,

“I love Netflix, but fuck Netflix,”

“I would like to thank you guys for making that environment possible.”

While the comments were of course tongue and cheek, The veteran actress’ surprise commentary prompted plenty of laughter from the crowd.

The Good Liar will be released by Warner Bros.
