Free Amazon Prime for Manchester-by-the-Sea Residents

Celebrating the release of its Academy-Award winning film Manchester by the Sea on Amazon Prime Video this Friday, the online retail behemoth is gifting the residents of the Massachusetts town with a year of their Amazon Prime service. Amazon VP Greg Hart explained,

“We wanted customers in the town to enjoy popcorn and a movie on us. Manchester by the Sea is a masterpiece representing the best of cinematic storytelling. In other words, it is wicked awesome.”

Every single home will receive a gift box in the coming days with an activation code for Amazon Prime and a three-pack of Wickedly Prime microwave popcorn. An Amazon Prime membership typically sells for $99 a year and includes Prime Video, Prime Music and free shipping on more than 50 million items. You can sign up for your own membership here.
