A new trailer for the upcoming 6th season of  Veep was released at SXSW on Monday. The trailer shows former President Selina Meyer (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) appearing on CBS: This Morning, talking about losing the election.”Well this last year has been fun,” she says. “Ya know, really fun! The loss hurt, but I did take this opportunity to reacquaint myself with an old friend of mine by the name of Selina Meyer.” We also see her avoiding landmines in a trip overseas and getting her portrait done. Veep season 6 will premiere on April 16, 2017.
