Cobra Kai Season 3 Leaving YouTube

One of the biggest surprises of the last few years was Cobra Kai. The series, which premiered on YouTube back in 2018 is one of the best shows on TV and quite frankly the only sequel to The Karate Kid fans should look into watching. As season 3 gets ready to premiere, surprising news broke about where the series will premiere.

Cobra Kai will be moving to a new streaming platform for its upcoming third season. YouTube is in the process of releasing Season 3 of the popular show to producing studio Sony Pictures TV amid a retreat from premium original scripted programming.

Sony TV had taken Cobra Kai out, with all major streamers expressing but itis rumored to be narrowed down to Netflix and Hulu leading the shortlist of contenders for the Karate Kid sequel series.

Cobra Kai is written and executive produced by Josh Heald, and Jon Hurwitz and Hayden Schlossberg. The three conceived the new Karate Kid storyline that picks up decades after the original film.
