A procedural with a tech twist, Fox’s futuristic cop drama APB, featuring Justin Kirk, was a non-starter out of the gate. The 20th Century Fox TV-produced drama averaged 5.5 million total viewers and a 1.3 in the demo on Monday nights. The show opened well when it started but fell in the ratings in subsequent weeks.
