Antlers (Trailer 2)

A new trailer for Antlers has been released & it honestly looks like it’s going to be one creepy experience. The film comes from director Scott Cooper, director of Crazy Heart, & it’s also produced by Guillermo del Toro. This will mark Cooper’s first foray into horror after doing dramas such as Crazy Heart, Out of the Furnace, Black Mass, and Hostiles.

The synopsis is as follows:

“A small-town Oregon teacher (Keri Russell) and her brother (Jesse Plemons), the local sheriff, discover that a young student (Jeremy T. Thomas) is harboring a dangerous secret with frightening consequences.”

The film is written by Henry Chaisson & Nick Antosca with revisions by Cooper & is adapted by Antosca’s short story “The Quiet Boy.”

Antlers hits screens on April 17, 2020
