Animaniacs Returning With A 2-Season Order At Hulu

In today’s television climate what’s old is new again and that continues to be the case with today’s latest entertainment news. Twenty years after it wrapped its run on The WB Network, Hulu, Warner Bros. Animation and Amblin Television are reviving Animaniacs with a two season, straight to series order at Hulu.

With this new deal, Hulu also lands the library rights to  Animaniacs, Pinky and the Brain, Pinky, Elmyra and the Brain, and the complete Tiny Toon Adventures collection. These shows are available to stream now while the new Animaniacs will make its debut in 2020. Hulu is describing it as its first original series made specifically for families.

Animaniacs debuted in 1993 and went on to win eight daytime Emmys and a Peabody Award. The show was a popular cartoon fixture in the 90s and was also critically acclaimed.

At the age of five, I knew I wanted to write movies and about them. I've set out to make those dreams come true. As an alumni of the Los Angeles Film Academy, I participated in their Screenwriting program, while building up my expertise in film criticism. I write reviews that relate to the average moviegoer by educating my readers and keeping it fun.
