A new emergency sets up the trailer for season 3 of 9-1-1 which depicts a giant wave rushing away from the shoreline as innocent bystanders enjoy a beach day in Santa Monica, CA.
The trailer is set to the tune of “Cruel Summer” and of course this is an over the top emergency that has turned the show into a hit with fans since its premiere. 9-1-1 is a procedural that explores the high-pressure experiences of police officers, firefighters, and dispatchers who are thrust into frightening, shocking and heart-stopping situations.
Created by Ryan Murphy, Brad Falchuk, and Tim Minear, the series stars Angela Bassett, Peter Krause, Jennifer Love Hewitt star, Oliver Stark, Aisha Hinds, Kenneth Choi, Rockmond Dunbar, and Ryan Guzman.
Season 3 of 9-1-1 premieres September 23 on Fox.
