After taking a bit of a dip last week, This is Us ticked up for its finale on Tuesday night.
On NBC, the season 3 finale of This is Us took the night’s no. 1 spot in the adults 18-49 demo with a 1.8 rating and 8.05 million viewers, up a tenth from the 1.7 it had scored last Tuesday. Its lead-in, Ellen’s Game of Games, went the other way, slipping from a 1.2 to a 1.1 demo score and 5.25 million viewers. The Village (0.8, 4.33 million viewers) ticked up one-tenth.
On CBS, NCIS tied with Game of Games as the night’s second-highest-rated broadcast but dipped from its previous 1.2 to a 1.1 demo rating and 11.63 million viewers. FBI, which had its backdoor pilot for a potential spin-off, held steady week-to-week with another 0.9 demo score and 9.06 million viewers. NCIS: New Orleans rose a tenth to a 0.8 demo rating and 7.26 million viewers.
On ABC, Black-ish managed to inch back up from a 0.6 to a 0.7 demo score and 2.73 million viewers. Splitting Up Together (0.6, 2.28 million viewers) and The Rookie (0.7, 3.84 million viewers) capped off the night for the network and matched their ratings from a week ago.
On FOX, MasterChef Junior (0.7, 2.74 million viewers) and Mental Samurai (0.6, 1.85 million viewers) both stayed even week to week.
The CW aired reruns for the night.
