The Walking Dead Renewed for Season 10 at AMC

The show that will never die lives on for another extension by AMC. The network has renewed The Walking Dead for a 10th season and was announced Monday in a video by showrunner Angela Kang. The news comes with many changes to the show, which returns for its second half on Sunday.

This season featured the departure of series lead Andrew Lincoln, whose character is set to lead three feature-length made for TV movies airing on AMC. Showrunner turned Walking Dead chief content officer Scott M. Gimple will oversee the films while Kang will continue on as showrunner for season 10.
