Dennis Quaid goes full psycho in the first trailer for The Intruder, which shows that real estate debacles can become quite deadly.

Directed by Deon Taylor, the psychological thriller stars Michael Ealy and Meagan Good as a young couple who move into a luxurious estate in remote Napa Valley, only to be stalked by the house’s overly attached previous owner, Charlie Peck (Dennis Quaid).

The Intruder is being released by Screen Gems which gave us similar urban thrillers such as Obsessed and The Perfect Guy so you probably know exactly what you’re getting here.

The Intruder hits screens on April 26, 2019.
