Queen of the South is staying put. It has been announced that the USA Network has renewed the Alice Braga-led drama for a fifth season.

The news comes as the series is set to wrap up its fourth season tonight on the network. Queen of the South ranks as Thursday’s No. 1 scripted series on ad-supported cable in the 9 PM slot among the coveted adults 18-49 demo as well as total viewers.

The renewal is especially good news for its star, Alice Braga because now she will be a series regular on two series. In addition to Queen of the South, the actress stars on the HBO Italy-set We Are Who We Are from Call Me by Your Name director Luca Guadagnino.
