The second trailer for Rogue One: A Star Wars Story is set to debut on Friday, July 15th on ABC. The 3-minute trailer will air during ABC’s broadcast of Secrets of The Force Awakens: A Cinematic Journey. Originally, fans expected a trailer to debut at Star Wars Celebration in London, a convention for all Star Wars fans. It is possible that it may debut at the Rogue One panel scheduled to start at 4 p.m. London time and made available earlier online than its official TV spot.
The first trailer premiered back in April and was just under two minutes. It gave us a first look at protagonist Jyn Erso (Felicity Jones), a rebel pilot on a mission to steal the Death Star plans from the Empire, which leads us into the events of Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope. Additional cast includes Diego Luna, Forest Whitaker, Ben Mendelsohn, Donnie Yen.
