At age 92, there is not much that can stop Stan Lee. Lee has revealed his latest superhero franchise, Nitron.
Nitron will include film, television, and digital adaptations. Nitron is a partnership between Lee, Keya Morgan and Michael Benaroya. The series involves an intelligent and advanced species that is secretly living on Earth in the present day.
Benaroya Pictures will produce the adaptations, and has secured an initial $50 million in funding to finance development and production. Benaroya Publishing will also be releasing the comics in January as a six-volume series, with further issues coming every month.
