After placing second at this weekend’s box office with $46 million, it looks like Sony may have plans for a sequel. Ghostbusters 2 is expected, yet nothing has officially been announced.
Rory Bruer, Sony president of worldwide distribute expects:
“Ghostbusters to become an important brand and franchise. While nothing has been officially announced yet, there’s no doubt in my mind it will happen.”
