Star Wars: Episode VIII Tops 2017’s Most Anticipated Movies List

With 2016 coming to an end, the question can now be asked as to what are the most anticipated films of 2017?

Fandango, a leading online ticket seller for films, conducted their annual poll of anticipation ratings for 2017, and the top two spots should not surprise many as Star Wars: Episode VIII came in at number 1 and Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2, came in second.

Beauty and the Beast, the latest live-action Disney remake came in third, while Wonder Woman, the first big screen adaptation of the character, starring Gal Gadot, came in 4th. Rounding out the top 5 is Spider-Man: Homecoming, starring Tom Holland.
