Mel Gibson & John Lithgow In Talks For Daddy’s Home Sequel

Paramount Pictures is circling Mel Gibson and John Lithgow to join the cast of Daddy’s Home 2 alongside Will Ferrell and Mark Wahlberg.

Apparently, offers are out and it looks promising if they can work out the deal. It has been a bit of a comeback period for Gibson who is enjoying a critical resurgence thanks to Hacksaw Ridge which is nominated for six Academy Awards including Best Director for Gibson and Best Picture. John Lithgow just won a SAG Award last night for his role on The Crown which has been quite the hit for Netflix.
