When the announcement was made that it would be producer Mike Richards and actress Mayim Bialik would both be hosting Jeopary!, the fan response was lukewarm. After a week of concerns towards the hiring of Mike Richards, he stepped aside, and the search began anew for another host.
With the search taking place, Deadline has reported that Bialik will take over in the interim until a new and permanent host is found, Bialik is also slated to host the Jeopardy! primetime and spinoff series. She is currently scheduled to host 15 episodes of Jeopardy! when production resumes.
