Margot Robbie In Talks To Join Peter Rabbit

Margot Robbie is in final negotiations to join Sony’s live-action adaptation of Peter Rabbit. If all goes according to plan Robbie will join James Corden, Rose Byrne, Domnhall Gleeson, Daisy Ridley and Elizabeth Debicki, who are already on board the project, being directed by Will Gluck.

Rabbit is being described as a modern interpretation of Potter’s works centering on the rivalry between mischievous young hopper Peter Rabbit and Mr. McGregor, a man trying to keep a rabbit-free garden.

Corden is voicing Peter Rabbit, while Gleeson is playing McGregor. Byrne is portraying a character named Bea, likely a stand-in for the author, Potter.

Robbie’s role is being kept under wraps but is rumored that she will be a voice of a bunny.
